1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Finance Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including Free and Pro plan subscribers. These Terms govern the website at aifinancepk.site, the web application, and any Android application we distribute. Where the app and these Terms describe something differently, these Terms apply. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms and our Privacy Policy together. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
1a. Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Pakistan's age of majority is 18. If you are under 18 but a parent or guardian has created an account for you, that account holder is responsible for the activity that happens on it and for accepting these Terms on your behalf. You may use the Service for yourself, or on behalf of a household member or a small business you are authorised to manage. You may not use it to manage pooled funds for other people, or to run a service that competes with this one.
2. Description of Service
AI Finance Tracker is a personal finance management web application that provides income/expense tracking, budget management, savings goals, and AI-powered financial insights. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
2a. Intellectual Property
All content on AI Finance Tracker — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilations — is the property of AI Finance Tracker or its licensors and is protected by Pakistan and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content without prior written permission. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of AI Finance Tracker.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at jutthamid148@gmail.com. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, including activity by someone you permitted to use your device. Because the Service is not a bank and holds no funds, we cannot reverse transactions, restore deleted records, or recover access to an account. Password recovery depends on the email address you registered with; if you lose access to that address and cannot recover it, the account and its data cannot be restored. This is a deliberate limitation, not a service failure — we do not hold a copy of your password.
4. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan provides basic features at no cost and is supported by third-party advertising, which is described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy. The Pro plan (₨499/month) provides full access to all features including AI Insights, unlimited transactions, and export functionality. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Profile settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for — we do not pro-rate partial months, and there is no automatic cancellation fee. The core tools — recording income and expenses, basic budgeting, and viewing your own history — remain available on the Free plan. We do not hold data you have entered hostage behind a subscription: you can export your records at any time, including after your Pro plan expires. We may change prices or the features included in each plan. Where a change reduces what you paid for, we will give notice before it takes effect and allow you to cancel and receive a refund of the unused portion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) upload malicious code; (d) share your account with others; (e) reverse engineer or copy the Service. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
6. Data and Privacy
Your financial data belongs to you. We store data securely in encrypted databases. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal financial data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for keeping your own backups. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no internet service can guarantee it is never lost, and we do not accept liability for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Content you submit — notes, receipt images, category names — remains yours. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to operate the Service: to store it, process it to produce the features you asked for, and display it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account. We may disclose your data if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid order from a court or law-enforcement authority. We would tell you first unless we were prohibited from doing so.
6a. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service and our articles contain links to external websites — banking information, government tax pages, and financial education resources. We do not control these sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk. A link on this site is not a recommendation of the linked product or provider, and no commercial relationship with any linked site should be assumed. Payments, where offered, are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your card or bank details are entered on that processor's own secure page and never pass through us. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your payment credentials.
7. AI Insights Disclaimer
AI-generated insights and financial predictions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making major financial decisions. Predictions may not be accurate. The insights, categorisation, spending forecasts and figures this Service produces are generated from the data you enter and from statistical patterns. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or avoid any asset, to borrow, or to change your tax position, and they do not account for your full circumstances — your other accounts, debts, family obligations, or future events. Treat every output as a prompt to check your own records, not as an answer you can act on. Where a figure matters — tax owed, zakat due, a loan decision — verify it with a qualified professional and, for tax, with the Federal Board of Revenue directly. Receipt and SMS scanning depends on images and text you supply. Automatic extraction can misread an amount, a date, or a merchant. Check what was recorded against the original before you rely on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI Finance Tracker is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages resulting from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or PKR 1,000. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost savings, or financial loss caused by a decision you made in reliance on an AI insight or an article on this site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We will normally warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, except where the account is being used for fraud, to attack the Service, or where the law requires immediate action. When your account is closed, you will lose access to your records and to any Pro features you have paid for but not used. Export your data before you delete your account — once deletion completes, we cannot retrieve it for you.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the text last changed. Where a change affects your rights or what we do with your data, we will give at least 30 days notice through the email address on your account, or through an in-app notice where we cannot reach you.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. AI Finance Tracker reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms without prior notice. Before starting proceedings, please write to us first. Most disagreements are misunderstandings, and we would rather resolve it than have it cost you time and money. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other document referenced here, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Your delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
