What Happens After You Send This
AI Finance Tracker is run by one person, not a support team. That shapes everything about how contact works here, so it is worth being straight about it rather than promising a response time the site cannot keep.
- •Your email app opens with the message pre-filled — The form does not send anything on its own — it composes an email in your own mail client, addressed to jutthamid148@gmail.com. Nothing is stored on our servers, and we never see your email address unless you choose to send the message.
- •You decide whether to send it — If you close the mail window without sending, nothing happens and no record is kept. Nothing on this page is tracked beyond the fact that you opened your mail client.
- •Replies go to the address you wrote from — If you need a reply, put a working email address in the form. Messages sent without one cannot be answered.
- •Most questions are already answered — The guides and blog pages cover budgeting, zakat, tax, savings accounts and property buying in detail. Searching those first is usually faster than waiting for a reply.

What We Can and Cannot Help With
Good things to write about
- •A bug — something shows the wrong amount, or a feature stops working
- •A scan or export that produced a result you did not expect
- •A calculation you believe is wrong, with the numbers you entered
- •A feature request, or a problem you hit that the app does not handle
- •A correction to an article — especially a figure, rate or date
- •Accessibility problems, or anything that breaks on your device
For a bug report, the fastest route is GitHub — include your device, the browser, and what you did just before it went wrong. Screenshots help enormously.
What we cannot do
- —Give personal financial, investment or tax advice — the founder is a developer, not a licensed adviser
- —File your taxes, or tell you which tax slab or deduction applies to you
- —Recover a lost password, or access an account — we cannot see accounts or reset anything by email
- —Restore data from a deleted account
- —Guarantee a specific rate, return, price or nisab value — those change and we do not control them
- —Provide support in Urdu by email — English is fine, and WhatsApp is linked from the app

Response Times and Privacy
When you can expect a reply
The site says “within 24 hours” because that was the honest target when it was written. Treat it as a best effort, not a guarantee — this is a one-person project and a bug report during a busy week may take a few days. If something is urgent and blocking your use of the app, say so in the subject line.
What happens to what you send
Messages arrive as ordinary email in the founder’s inbox. If you include financial figures while reporting a bug, delete them before sending unless they are genuinely needed to reproduce the problem. Email is retained only as long as it is useful for the reply. Read the full privacy policy.
